All courses and bundles are available as one-time purchases with 12 months access. Each learner's access period starts when they enrol, not when you pay — making it easy to onboard new hires, stagger rollouts, or phase training across your team.

PURCHASE DIRECTLY WITH A CREDIT CARD

Self-service purchasing at checkout. No invoice and limited admin.

Group Orders (2+ seats for the same course or bundle)

  1. Select the course or bundle on the academy (one-time purchase).
  2. At checkout, set the number of seats your team needs.
  3. Complete payment by credit card. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the number of seats purchased.
  4. You'll be assigned as the Seat Manager with a dashboard to track enrolment, seat allocation, and learner activity. You can purchase additional seats at any time directly from your dashboard.
  5. Distribute the sign-up link to your team. Each member claims a seat and starts when they're ready.


Best for: training coordinators or managers purchasing access for multiple team members.

Purchase on Behalf of Someone Else (single seat)

  1. Select the course or bundle on the academy (one-time purchase).
  2. At checkout, select the "This is a gift" option — this allows you to purchase access for another person.
  3. Enter the recipient's name, email address, and an optional message.
  4. Complete payment by credit card.
  5. The recipient receives an email with a link to redeem their access.


Best for: purchasing a single seat on behalf of a team member or colleague.

Yes. Each learner's 12-month access period starts when they personally enroll using the link we provide, not when the invoice is paid. This is ideal for organizations onboarding new staff throughout the year, running phased training rollouts, or where team members have different start dates.

Once payment is confirmed, we provide a secure link for the number of seats you've purchased. You share this link with your team members via email or your internal communication channels. When they click the link, they create an account and are automatically enrolled in the course or bundle. The link is valid for the number of seats purchased.

Provide us with the first name, last name, and email address for each learner. We'll create their accounts and enrol them directly. Each learner receives a welcome email with login details. This works well when you have all learner information ready at the time of purchase.

Yes. We can directly enrol some learners and provide a link for remaining seats. This is common when you have most names ready but are holding seats for future hires. Let us know your preference when we activate your access.

Yes. All academy courses award completion certificates upon finishing the course requirements. Certificates can be downloaded by the learner and include verification details.
