All courses and bundles are available as one-time purchases with 12 months access. 

Each learner's access period starts when they enrol, not when you pay, making it easy to onboard new hires, stagger rollouts, or phase training across your team.

PRICING AND TAXES

We sell to organisations and learners worldwide. Taxes are handled according to the purchaser’s location and the applicable tax requirements.

Australian GST and applicable UK or EU VAT are included in the displayed price. Applicable US or Canadian sales tax may be added at checkout. For other countries, the tax treatment depends on the jurisdiction and transaction.

The final amount payable will be shown before payment is completed. Organisations requiring a purchase order, payment terms or specific tax documentation should purchase via invoice.

Group Orders (2+ seats for the same course or bundle)

  1. Select the course or bundle on the academy (one-time purchase).
  2. At checkout, set the number of seats your team needs.
  3. Complete payment by credit card. Volume discounts are applied automatically based on the number of seats purchased.
  4. You'll be assigned as the Seat Manager with a dashboard to track enrolment, seat allocation, and learner activity. You can purchase additional seats at any time directly from your dashboard.
  5. Distribute the sign-up link to your team. Each member claims a seat and starts when they're ready.

Best for: training coordinators or managers purchasing access for multiple team members.

Purchase on Behalf of Someone Else (single seat)

  1. Select the course or bundle on the academy (one-time purchase).
  2. At checkout, select the "This is a gift" option — this allows you to purchase access for another person.
  3. Enter the recipient's name, email address, and an optional message.
  4. Complete payment by credit card.
  5. The recipient receives an email with a link to redeem their access.

Best for: purchasing a single seat on behalf of a team member or colleague.

PURCHASE VIA INVOICE

For organisations or individuals requiring an invoice, flexible payment terms, or tax compliance documentation.

How It Works

  1. Email [email protected] with the course or bundle name and number of seats.
  2. We provide a quote (including volume discounts where applicable).
  3. We issue a invoice, showing tax where required.
  4. Once payment is confirmed, we provide a secure enrolment link, or manually enrol the participants.
  5. You distribute the link to team members when they're ready to start.

Best for: organisations with procurement requirements, large orders, or those needing formal documentation.

This allows teams to stagger enrolments and onboard learners at different times.

For Group Orders and eligible invoiced purchases, the purchasing organisation receives a secure enrolment link to distribute to its learners.

For a single-seat gift purchase, the nominated recipient receives an email containing their individual redemption link.

Yes. Each learner can enrol when they are ready. Their individual 12-month access period begins when they enrol or redeem their seat.

The person who completes the Group Order is automatically assigned as the Seat Manager.

From their dashboard, the Seat Manager can:

  • View the number of seats purchased, claimed and still available
  • Generate and share the secure enrolment link
  • View details of learners who have claimed seats
  • Manage seat allocations
  • Purchase additional seats for the same product

Detailed learner progress reporting is not included with the Seat Manager role. Organisations requiring access to course-progress reports should contact [email protected] to discuss Group Analyst access.

Yes. All academy courses award completion certificates upon finishing the course requirements. Certificates can be downloaded by the learner and include verification details.
